  • Name4. Prior to the use of the building as a day nursery, the bin and cycle storage facilities shown on drawing 1614/R-04 shall be provided and made available for use. The bin and cycle storage facilities shall be kept available for use as such at all times thereafter. 5. Prior to the use of the building as a day nursery, the parking and turning facilities shown on drawing no. 1614/R-04 shall be made available in accordance with the submitted details. Thereafter, the parking and turning facilities shall not be obstructed in any way that would prevent such use.7. Before first use of the development hereby permitted, drainage shall be provided within the site such that surface water does not drain into the Public Highway including private access drives, and thereafter shall be so maintained. 8. No vehicular access gates, barriers, bollards, chains or other such obstructions shall be erected across the vehicular access within 5 metres of the highway boundary. 9. Notwithstanding the submitted details, the gates shown on the submitted plans shall be hung so as to open inwards only.
